    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What types of services does High Care Home & Community offer under the NDIS?
    We offer a wide range of NDIS services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Community Participation, Therapeutic Support, and more. Our goal is to provide tailored care to meet the specific needs of each participant.
  • How do I know if I am eligible for NDIS funding?
    Eligibility for NDIS funding is determined by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). If you have a permanent or significant disability that affects your ability to live independently, you may be eligible. We can help guide you through the process of determining your eligibility.
  • What is the difference between Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)?
    SIL provides support with daily tasks in your home, helping you live as independently as possible. SDA is specialized housing designed for people with very high support needs or extreme functional impairment. SIL can be provided within SDA homes, but the funding and focus of each service are different.
  • How can High Care Home & Community help with my NDIS plan?
    We offer Plan Management, Support Coordination, and other services to help you make the most of your NDIS plan. Our team works with you to understand your goals and ensures you receive the right support to meet your needs.
  • What is included in your Therapeutic Support services?
    Our Therapeutic Support services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychological support. These services are designed to help you improve mobility, communication, and overall wellbeing, with personalized plans tailored to your specific goals.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
